‘Defib a Day’ – Day 4

Day 4 of ‘Defib a day’
Christopher Pincher’s campaign of highlighting AED (Automatic External Defibrillators) locations, in and around Tamworth and surrounding villiages. Today sees the location of the AED at Edingale Villiage Hall. Available for use, 24/7.

You can’t do any harm with an AED, as soon as the pads make contact with the patient, the device runs an ECG (ElectroCardioGram) which monitors the hearts electrical signals. The AED will only deliver a shock, if it determines the right conditions, in the heart.
